Tire Protection Plan

Nealey Tire & Auto offers an optional tire protection plan for tires purchased through us and installed by us.

ROAD HAZARD
As a T3 dealer, you get Road Hazard Protection for any passenger or light truck tire purchased from NTW that fails due to a puncture, bruise, or break incurred during normal driving on a maintained road. This package includes:

3-YEAR COVERAGE
Coverage expires three years from the original retail sale or when the remaining tread depth is 2/32" or less, whichever comes first. This program includes up to 100% reimbursement for the first twelve months, up to 50% reimbursement for the second twelve months and up to 25% reimbursement for the last twelve months. Reimbursement is at the wholesale cost and you cannot charge the customer the difference between retail cost and wholesale cost.

NATIONWIDE NETWORK
When traveling away from the original tire dealer, your customers can take their vehicles to a network of nationwide dealers for tire repair.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Customers starting a claim must call 866-830-4191 to locate the nearest participating facility. Claims must be completed 60 days after the tire replacement.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
The T3 program also allows you to offer roadside assistance to your customers, giving them extra peace of mind when they purchase tires from you.

This great perk includes:

1-YEAR COVERAGE
Coverage begins on the date of retail tire purchase.

TOWING
If needed, your customers will receive towing to the nearest qualified repair facility.

FLAT TIRE CHANGING
Assistance will be provided for the installation of a spare tire.

NATIONWIDE ADVANTAGE
Roadside assistance is available in the U.S. & Canada.

Please note that customers will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $75 per occurrence.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Roadside assistance includes towing to the nearest qualified repair facility and flat-tire changing assistance for the installation of a spare tire.

To file a claim, customers will need a copy of the original purchase receipt, a copy of the paid invoice for Road Hazard Protection from a valid auto service provider and their contact information.
