Just moved here from out of state and lucked out finding this place! They did the Maryland safety inspections on both vehicles and some minor maintenance items we were due for. Very reasonably priced, friendly, professional, great communication! Very easy to schedule with. They kept us informed throughout the day with text updates. I was able to track their progress through their online system. They were thorough but fast. Cars were ready when promised (rare with other shops!). Very knowledgeable about our specific vehicles. We will definitely be coming back for service on our cars in the future!

I have lived in the Annapolis area for a few years, I have been looking for a mechanic/ shop to bring my vehicles to when there are issues that I can't tackle at home. First impression of Nealey is as good as it can get with a shop, clean entrance, typical coffee, water, and snacks. Waiting room is small, from what I gathered the shop prefers cars being dropped of in the morning and they'll get to it throughout the day. They offer a shuttle service, not sure on distance offered. Kenny worked with me specifically we had an understanding of what I was looking for when I dropped the car off. Cool part of this shop is they send a link with all the little issues that they found during inspection, have you take a look call them back and they fix what you agree to have fixed.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for needs a Maryland state inspection. I had not one bad Experience but two bad experiences with this company. I went in o. June 26th for my inspection and they try to fail my Jeep for a small chip in the windshield that is not in my line of site and had just been filled in the day before then they expressed to my that my rotors where bad in the front and need to be replace to pass so I paid my 89.99 that day and waited for my rotors to come in and had them replaced . Today I went in for my Reinspection on my Jeep and they fail to tell me when I left on the 26th of June that per Maryland state law that I could not go over 1000 mile or go past 30 days well I work 2 jobs an travel for work so I went over my 1000 miles not being told by Mr.Scott about this law or even being told that it was on my invoice that was not email to me on the 26th I didn’t get in my emails. Then after dropping my car off and being gone for less then 10mins Ryan gave me a call and stated that I had to do a full inspections again on my Jeep. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor customer service and the disrespect that everyone in the building gave me for saying that they could pay for the inspection because I wasn’t told the law for even got a invoice that was not sent to me with this information on it.

I have used Nealy 2ce so far in the last few months. Devon and Scott work the front and are very polite, extremely helpful and patient. I will be bringing my car to Nealy for all of its needs from now on.
