Summary: feels like a high grade premium mechanics, with local garage prices and great service. I have only used them a couple of times as i enjoy working on my own cars, but each time I have been blown away by the high level of service, accountability and quality of work. I don't leave that many feedbacks, but this is my second for this company. First contact: A modern phone system answered promptly by courteous staff. Almost a silly thing to mention, but the audio on the calls is loud and clear which make talking about things you might not 100% understand a lot easier. Hand over: Handing the car over to their staff is easy and quick. After dropping off the car i went away feeling like i had forgotten something it was so simple. Updates: They provide a text/web based service so you can track the progress of your car, which is great. They made contact after they had completed an inspection (while the actual work requested was on-going) with the results of a through inspection and a cool looking personalized report) and listed items that they think might be worth correcting. No pressure on trying to upsell and all the items they listed for me, were known by me and fair points (but its a project car, so i declined most). Price/collection: Price for the work is spot on and the collection process is simple, with payment and keys handed over in probably under 5minutes. Summary: feels like a high grade premium mechanics, with local garage prices and great service.
