Chief Cheerleader

AJ Nealey started Nealey Auto Service in 2011 in a one bay garage behind his house. His first ever employee was his wife in 2014 and they participated in a business management course that caused them to grow quite rapidly. He is currently the Visionary for Nealey Auto Service. He resides in Edgewater near our flagship location. AJ enjoys spending his free time boating in the Chesapeake Bay, overlanding, capturing nature with his photography, SCUBA diving and enjoying whiskies!

Stephanie Spira-Aspuru

Master of Coin

Stephanie moved to Maryland from her birthplace of Miami Florida in 2019 with her husband and two kids. She joined the Nealey Auto Service in December of 2021. Stephanie is our Controller or as we like to call her Master of Coin. She brings over 20 years of Finance experience to the Nealey Auto Service. She also handles our Human Resource Department. Stephanie loves cooking and entertaining and traveling with her family.

Devin Sendaydiego

Swiss Army Knife

Working to keep the teams strong and capable at each location while working to ensure the leadership team has what they need for success, Devin is our Integrator! Devin has worked for the company since June of 2018 and started out as Utility Player at the Edgewater location, eventually working as a Service Advisor, then working for the leadership team. He graduated from UMGC in December 2022 with a Bachelor's in English. When he isn't working on the business, he enjoys writing, drawing, and reading. Ask him about his journey with the company!
