Working to keep the teams strong and capable at each location while working to ensure the leadership team has what they need for success, Devin is our Integrator! Devin has worked for the company since June of 2018 and started out as Utility Player at the Edgewater location, eventually working as a Service Advisor, then working for the leadership team. He is currently in his final year of college at UMGC. When he isn't working on the business, he enjoys writing, drawing, and reading. Ask him about his journey with the company!

Kenny has been with Nealey Auto Service since May 2017, where he came on board as a service advisor after 10 years at a dealership. He has known AJ for many years prior to coming on board, having spent much time in the auto racing community where AJ competed at a much higher level than himself, but ultimately proved to be a quite valuable relationship in the years to follow. He became the service manager at our Edgewater location shortly after coming on board, and over the next 5 years learned many valuable leadership skills both personally, and professionally. In December of 2021, he hired his replacement at our Edgewater location, so that he could focus on both our Edgewater, and Deale locations (at that time). In January of 2022, we now had a third location in Owings, and June 2022 came our fourth in Pasadena. He has an incredible team in each of our locations that make the day-to-day much easier, and allow him to focus on continuing to grow and be the best leader he possibly can be for each and every member of our Nealey Auto Service family, as well as his very loving, very patient wife, Cassie, and his two beautiful girls, Charlotte, and Amelia. In his spare time, he loves camping with his family, going to the neighborhood beach, fishing (not catching), kayaking, and spending time at the neighborhood pool.

Jason first met AJ Nealey in August 2016 while I just one year out of prison. They had a brief conversation, and Jason quickly knew this is where he wanted to work for the rest of his life. He enjoys spending time with his 3 kids and 3 grandsons. They enjoy going camping and fishing often and Jason also enjoys hunting. He loves his 2 dogs and learning new things. He is a Master Level ASE certified technician with L1 Advanced Level Diagnostics and L3 Advanced Electric/Hybrid Diagnostics. He has over 25 years of experience repairing vehicles and was a technician for 5 years before he became Head of Operations here at Nealey Auto Service.

Stephanie Spira-AspuruStephanie Spira-Aspuru


Stephanie moved to Maryland from her birthplace of Miami, Florida in 2019 with her husband and two kids. She joined the Nealey Auto Service in December of 2021. Stephanie is our Controller or as we like to call her “Master of Coin”. She brings over 20 years of finance experience to the Nealey Auto Service. She also handles our Human Resource Department. Stephanie loves cooking, entertaining and traveling with her family.
