We were referred to Nealey when we purchased 4 new tires from Tire Rack and selected Nealey for the installation. Devon was courteous and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment. The complimentary inspection revealed that we needed new rear brakes and rotors, and the price quoted was fair. Our car was ready before the promised time and we got it back washed and with a small thank you gift left on the dash. We had a pleasant experience at Nealey in Edgewater, MD and will definitely be going back!

Out of this world customer service as usual. Had to have a part replaced under their warranty. No hassle, no questions asked. Provided free rental throughout almost a full week. One of the best places I’ve ever dealt with

Great customer service here! I noticed a nail in my tire, gave them a call, they told me when to bring it in for a look. They squeezed me in and gave it a look and gave me an update within about 15 minutes, super quick for anything auto related. Unfortunately, the nail is in the sidewall so it can't be saved - but they were straight up and straight forward about everything. I would definitely recommend them if you have a tire issue. Thanks guys!

The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They will keep you updated, communicate frequently and honestly about findings. Their shop is clean and orderly from the front office to the repair bays. It was a pleasure dealing with them for tire services and road force balancing.

Left my truck and was told I would know something the next day l did not receive a call back so I called in the late afternoon and was told I would receive a call by the end of the day I didn’t recieve that call either and nothing the whole next day. I came back at 4 and asked for my keys and was politely given my keys and was not asked for a reason. I won’t be back
