These guys were great from the time I called (asked how he could make my day better) and were able to fit me in on the same day so they did make my day better. Going to take my car back after the holidays for some repair work and will repost. But my first experience with them was great!

🦋 I took Larry, my Ford f250 Lariat, into Challenger for his "pre-winter checkup" and once-over. Whew! What a relief to know I can trust them to take care of "him..." of ME! From the moment Kenny answered the phone with "...how can I brighten your day?!" I felt supported, even elevated! They performed the checkup (everything was thoroughly explained + all questions answered) and left me with a feeling of confidence as we go into the winter months. Eric & Devon took good care of my 95k Prius service. When changing the Oil, Eric reported the Filter had been put on by a Gorilla, and was “too tight” to safely remove w/o breakage, and suggested I return to my “Gorilla” dealer to have it properly replaced. When I picked-up my vehicle, Devon summarized the work they had done. All-in-all, fast, careful service delivered in the most friendly yet professional manner. I will gladly return!
