Both Service Writers were very friendly and confirmed what Service i was having on my Truck and the breakdown of Services. Their Shuttle Service had me back home in 10 minutes - Appreciated. Later that morning I received an email the service was completed with a Mechanical Inspection Report. Shortly after the email they called and the service was complete and ready for pickup. Would recommend this Shop for your vehicle services.

We were referred to Nealey when we purchased 4 new tires from Tire Rack and selected Nealey for the installation. Devon was courteous and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment. The complimentary inspection revealed that we needed new rear brakes and rotors, and the price quoted was fair. Our car was ready before the promised time and we got it back washed and with a small thank you gift left on the dash. We had a pleasant experience at Nealey in Edgewater, MD and will definitely be going back!
