Beware of upcharging! I took my car in and asked them to replace a malfunctioning shock. They kept it for 6 hours, charged me $65 for an inspection they had completed a few months prior and didn't replace the shock.

After my usual mechanic retired and closed down shop I needed to find a new place to get my car worked on and I gave Nealey a try based on their reviews and was not disappointed. The entire staff was extremely friendly and service was wonderful. They work with you every step of the way and give you updates as they go along. I will definitely be back!

Service was exceptional. They were informative and friendly. Devin who was my shuttle driver was extremely friendly and nice. Scott was very helpful in keeping me updated. Mike was my service technician and did a great job. Everyone there was extremely professional and courteous. I was even surprised when I picked up my car that it had been vacuumed, washed and had the tires had been shined😁

Great place! It’s a breath of fresh air to bring your car to a place where they don’t pressure you in to anything. I’m telling my mom to go here for her future repairs...I dont want anyone trying to get over on her and I feel comfortable referring her to Nealeys. Thank you guys!!! Having recently moved here, we were looking for a new auto shop. The previous reviews for Nealey were excellent, so we took our 2016 Honda Pilot there. They utilize technology very well to increase communication and education. They were friendly and the experience was great overall.

Warning: Long review, you can skip to end. I recently moved the area and needed to find a mechanic. I found Nealy Auto Service online and decided to take my car there based on the great reviews. Nealy exceeded my expectations, even with the great reviews. They were able to look at and repair my car the same day that I called. I was sent (via text & email) an electronic report card letting me know what needed to be fixed (with photos and estimated urgency). I tend to ask a lot of questions and Kenny was so kind and patient to not only discuss what was going to be done that day and give me a very fair quote, but also discuss future repairs and give quotes so I can financially plan. I knew my car was going to need a bit of work as I acquired it from family and it has high miles and I feel much more prepared knowing what work needs to be done and can try to financially plan for future repairs. In the end, the bill was ~ $50 less than the quote and when I got in my car, I was surprised by vacuumed mats, that “new car” smell, and a “thank you for your business” message. I’ve had the car back now for a few days and things are running well! I am so grateful for their service and happy to have found a shop I can trust. IN SUM: excellent prices, excellent service, and my new go-to shop.
