I could not be happier with Nealey. It was my first time going here, and it was a bit of an emergency since the battery died in my Lexus. I was able to make an appointment for just one day out, which worked fine because I had to still jump the car and get it to the shop. The work was completed right away on the day of my scheduled appointment, and in addition to the battery, based on the report they provided me, I had some maintenance work completed while the car was there (brake fluid and transmission fluid changes). They are knowledgeable and trustworthy in my initial experience and they called to follow up on their diagnostic report and request approval for the work I wanted done; and called again when the car was ready. It was the smoothest experience ever. I was absolutely delighted that when I arrived to pick up my car it had not only been repaired, but had been washed and waxed and vacuumed. It looked as good as or better than the day I brought it home from the dealer. Maybe you don’t care about that, but I spend a lot of time in my car, and to have this done was absolutely awesome! Not to mention how much I really hate dirty, greasy fingerprints all over my car after work is completed at other shops. The pricing seemed in line with what I would have paid elsewhere for the same work. I plan to take my other car in in a couple of weeks for service, as well. It is nice to have the peace of mind that we have a go-to set of mechanics now. I think Mrs. Nealey’s touch (guessing these were her ideas) in the offices and with the communications and leave-behinds is what helps make Nealey a cut above the rest. Highly recommend you try Nealey if you need an honest mechanic(s).
