Update - I won’t be going back to Nealy's. I sometime work on my car myself, although most of the time I’ve gone to Nealy's. I tried to change my oil and the last person who changed it at Nealy’s put the oil pan bolt on so tight I couldn’t get it off. Then I tried to rotate my tires and one of the lugs on one tire must have been cross threaded by them (since they were the last ones to take them off) and I couldn’t get the lug nut on all the way. When I called up to get an appointment and told them this, I got nothing but attitude. They told me that they couldn’t confirm who took did both jobs since they had it last. I had to pay for the labor and the parts for both. I’ve been there for years and spend thousands of dollars there but I guess loyalty means nothing.
