I would not recommend this place to anyone for needs a Maryland state inspection. I had not one bad Experience but two bad experiences with this company. I went in o. June 26th for my inspection and they try to fail my Jeep for a small chip in the windshield that is not in my line of site and had just been filled in the day before then they expressed to my that my rotors where bad in the front and need to be replace to pass so I paid my 89.99 that day and waited for my rotors to come in and had them replaced . Today I went in for my Reinspection on my Jeep and they fail to tell me when I left on the 26th of June that per Maryland state law that I could not go over 1000 mile or go past 30 days well I work 2 jobs an travel for work so I went over my 1000 miles not being told by Mr.Scott about this law or even being told that it was on my invoice that was not email to me on the 26th I didn’t get in my emails. Then after dropping my car off and being gone for less then 10mins Ryan gave me a call and stated that I had to do a full inspections again on my Jeep. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor customer service and the disrespect that everyone in the building gave me for saying that they could pay for the inspection because I wasn’t told the law for even got a invoice that was not sent to me with this information on it.

I have used Nealy 2ce so far in the last few months. Devon and Scott work the front and are very polite, extremely helpful and patient. I will be bringing my car to Nealy for all of its needs from now on.

From start to finish my experience with the Nealey Auto team was highly professional, engaged, and transparent. The transparent reporting of the health of my vehicle helped me to make informed decisions throughout the process. Fantastic oil change and repair with Nealey’s. Devin did a wonderful job keeping me informed throughout the entire process and he was a pleasure to work with. Nealey Auto is by far the best auto shop that I have ever been to. I prefer to do most things myself as I am slow to trust any auto repair shop and none have made me want to go back. Some things are harder to do in a home garage and I was tired of driving around without a/c. I dealt mostly with another guy named scott who was very pleasant and professional. I took my vehicle in for an a/c repair and it was done the same day. What really stood out to me was that they do a general inspection and send a digital report to you which includes technician's notes and pictures. The inspection is normal but the digital report is something I've never seen before which I really appreciated. I felt like I could trust this place which is unfortunately not the standard in this industry. I am moving out of the area soon but if I weren't then I would definitely trust this place with any future auto work needed. I only hope that I can find a place like this when I move.
