It was my first time to Nealey and I went to the Edgewater location since I live across the street. My neighbor referred me. Service Advisor Andy Jones was really great. My car is a 2008 oldie but goodie and I swear after they performed the work on it it drives like new! I’ll be a returning customer. Andy was very informative, professional and took the right amount of time to explain to me the technical details of what needed to repaired on my vehicle. I highly recommend Nealey.

First time here and all I can say is wow. Great customer service Jesse and Kyle up front are very nice and warm welcoming Jesse was really good with communication skills. He took his time and answered all my questions. Very helpful and nice and explained to me about the different types of services and when they should be done. Also did not try to sell me something I didn’t need. Better then the dealership. It’s nice to have a local repair shop out there that you can trust. Will definitely be back

We were charged initially $868 for spark plugs and a engine coil. After going back and forth she reduced it to $686.00 The check engine light was not on when I brought it in but was on when when we left. Basically nothing was fixed. We left with the same problem we brought it on with and still paid $686. Also there was no break down of the cost of parts and cost of the labor. Something Hank would always provide on the bill. It was one of the worst experiences we have had. We felt taken advantage of and mishandled and will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. The experience was really disappointing after years of patronizing Twin Beaches Auto for both our cars. We hoped that we would be handled with the same level of integrity at Nealey but we now see that is not the case. This is sad to see as it is already hard to find honest, trustworthy mechanics. -Larry & Stacey Izevbigie

I love this auto shop!! Everyone is always very kind and helpful. They explain problems so you can understand what’s going on. I discovered NEALEY’s approximately 4 years ago. I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

Tried to schedule an appointment and was told they don't work on vehicles older than 2000. Not advertised on the website and the model I have was sold through the 2000 model year unchanged so not really sure why they don't want my business. I'd understand if it was pre OBD but that can't be it. Oh well. I was rather excited after hearing only good things too.
