I have used Nealey for maintenance and repair on two family cars. I have had prompt and thorough service from extremely knowledgeable and nice people.

Not the best in service and repair. Over filled my oil change. Took three mechanics to figure out how to reset my emissions light. Rear brakes set too tight. Not worth the hassle.

Nealy provides excellent service on your vehicle as well as great customer service. They are honest and reasonably priced. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be!

I would not recommend this repair shop. I've used them multiple times and was always satisfied with their service and quality of work They recently performed a repair for me and broke another area of the car in the process. They denied causing this and refused to correct it, stating it had to be my fault (this is a 3 yr old car with no previous issues). I will not recommend them to my friends, neighbors, or fellow service members in the future. Update: AJ and his team really worked hard to correct my concern. My car was repaired quickly. I appreciate their efforts!

They now have a loyal customer. My car is unique in that its high a performance machine with a fairly rare engine designed for racing. Has very large oil capacity and specific, synthetic viscosity that operates under very high pressure. Social media is loaded with myriad tales of manufacturer/dealer "screw ups" when servicing these engines ( such as inadequate oil filter torque resulting in quick oil starvation and catastrophic engine failures among other issues. ( My local dealer's service department had NO idea what the requirements or capacities of the engine is, so no interest in servicing there!) Nealey's service writer took it upon himself to research my car model on line and knew as much about the quirks involved in servicing the car as I do. Word of advice DO NOT BASE YOUR CHOICE OF AUTO SERVICE ON PRICE! BASE IT ON, EXPERTISE, PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONALISM. Nealey is exceptional.
