DO NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOUR CAR IN THIS PLACE. The guy was doing alignment for our car, and he called me and said he would be taking the wheels off because the underneath is rusty, and it would cost extra. Eventually we ended up taking the car to another shop to fix what this guy has done. He returned the car to us and the wheel was shaking the same way when we gave him thar car for alignment. I do not recommend to use their service.

We used Nealy to diagnose my nephew’s vehicle. Wonderful experience and customer service. Extremely thorough diagnostic. Held off on repairs mostly because we aren’t sure yet if we want to invest some much into a vehicle this old.

Although taking my SUV to Nealey was nerve wracking knowing they may not be able to help me, id been turned away by multiple other shops in the area, Jesse was friendly, honest and helpful. I appreciate that he admitted they were struggling at first to diagnose the issue and that they wanted to keep at it. Thankfully they were able to diagnose and again were transparent about what was possible for their shop to handle. They could not do my repairs but I understood and appreciated their time. Will remember and use this location for future repairs. Thanks Jesse!

First service at this facility since change from previous service center which we used regularly . Staff was pleasant and vehicle was serviced on time while I waited. Staff provided information and pricing for additional service recommendations by manufacturer. Will definitely continue using Nealey.
