Great People and Great Service Jeff and Kenny were responsive and down to earth about a repair where we thought it would be a pricey starter issue and it turned out to be much more minor. They are honest people. I would recommend them for any service from in and out oil changes, to bigger repairs.

I Recently found Nealey Tire & Auto when looking for a tire installer. PROFESSIONAL: From the initial call to service completion, I found them (Scott, Kenny) to be very professional, upfront and prompt, from scheduling through service completion and pickup. VALUE: Nealey was the best pricing and ultimately came in a few dollars under the initial quote. HIGHLIGHTS: The post service report was the most professional and useful products I have received from any auto service department. The report highlighted potential service concerns with photos and a detailed write-up, and was all done without feeling like I was being up-sold unnecessary service or product. Additionally, as my wife commented "The vehicle looks immaculate." Both interior and exterior looked phenomenal.
