Prior to entering the facility I felt a sense of anxiety and desperation. An incident had occurred in vicinity of a construction sight. The result a leaking front passenger tire. The culprit a 4'IN screw or the would be blind driver. Once I arrive and explained what service the vehicle was in need of ... the technician patiently listened and examined the vehicle.
