We’ve used Nealy’s Automative for some time now. I remember when they were first starting out, gravel parking lot and one desk with just Mr. & Mrs. Nealy running everything. I’m so happy and beyond excited to see how the business has flourished and expanded from one little desk to three! They even have a very nice paved parking lot now. The service is still top notch, and the employees are courteous and efficient. Wait!, I forgot, they even have shuttle service now which I used. If you want good quality service and decent prices, please visit Nealy’s Automative on Mayo road in Edgewater, MD. You will be happy you did.

Went in a few months back for a simple Oil Change, I’ve never been to this shop but thought I’d give it a try based off the great google reviews and prices (I had been paying around $100 for oil changes) Unfortunately my car was returned to me and within a few hours a LARGE puddle of oil was running down my driveway. I called them and they offered to pick up my vehicle via tow truck and upon them getting my car they called and told me that everything was fine and no oil had leaked. I was surprised and I got my car back and went on my way. Over the next few days I noticed slightly more oil dripping so just to be safe I took the car back to the shop and they lifted it and said there was an issue with the Oil Pan and it would be a 600$ repair. I have never had an issue with my car up until I brought it to this repair shop. Then through word of mouth I came to learn that they fired the technician that worked on my car (???) I have worked at dealerships before and know that a service tech would be fired on the spot if they had messed up terribly. They never took responsibility for the job, and was left with a leaking vehicle.
