Friendly, Clean and COVID safe environment. They were very thorough in looking over my vehicle. Gave me a report of maintenance that might be coming up, which I thought was very accurate and honest. I had called first thing in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in for a Tire Repair and Oil Change. Dropped my car off around 8am. They gave me a ride home around the corner and I received a text when my car was finished. When I picked it up, they had vacuumed the inside and washed my front floor mats. Gave me a voucher for a free car wash less than a mile away. I was also greeted with a small Christmas Stocking stuffed with a small bottle of hand sanitizer and a thank you note. Really left a nice impression and made me feel like they care. Nealey’s knocked it out of the park for me. Definitely will be going back. I used to be an Automotive Technician and it’s nice to see a shop treating their customers this way. Thanks Nealey’s!

$900 for a battery and alternator is a joke edit: crazy thing is i submitted this complaint earlier today and the car died on the road the same exact way so i know for a fact now that wasnt even the problem. thanks for the loss of 1000$ for nothing guys
