Our car was not running well. We took it in for an estimate. They charged us 320.00 for an ESTIMATE? Outragous! I spoke wth the manager about this .I paid him 100.00 for his ESTIMATE . I have never heard of such a practice . We will never set foot in that property again. There are plenty of other shops in the area. Very unsatisfied. I'd never be a customer there.

Another great experience with Nealey Auto Service today. Nealey is the only place my wife and I ever take our cars for routine maintenance. I brought my car in for an oil change today and from scheduling the appointment through the pick up process everyone was very friendly and responsive. Had my car in and out quickly, price was reasonable and I know from experience you can trust the quality of their work. Thanks for another great experience guys will definitely be back!
