They now have a loyal customer. My car is unique in that its high a performance machine with a fairly rare engine designed for racing. Has very large oil capacity and specific, synthetic viscosity that operates under very high pressure. Social media is loaded with myriad tales of manufacturer/dealer "screw ups" when servicing these engines ( such as inadequate oil filter torque resulting in quick oil starvation and catastrophic engine failures among other issues. ( My local dealer's service department had NO idea what the requirements or capacities of the engine is, so no interest in servicing there!) Nealey's service writer took it upon himself to research my car model on line and knew as much about the quirks involved in servicing the car as I do. Word of advice DO NOT BASE YOUR CHOICE OF AUTO SERVICE ON PRICE! BASE IT ON, EXPERTISE, PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONALISM. Nealey is exceptional.

I am a first time customer, I found this company by accident searching Web . .. First , the employees are very friendly and professional there's courtesy ranked the best... Something, I haven't experience in a very long time. Kudos.. to the owner of this company. Next, My auto issue was resolved in a speedy and timely matter ;and, the cost was must less then the dealer . Finally, Thank you! Scott for your hospitality ; I plan on being a customer for life.. A very pleasant surprise, and super convenient for me. Kenny was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car. The online overview of the inspection of my car was spot-on, and consistent with the state inspection which I had just gotten a few months ago. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need. Highly recommended.
