We were always kept apprised of our car’s condition, progress of service, and completion time. Our car was ready for pickup when we were told it would be. I've been bringing my car here for years and have never had a bad experience. John and his team are competent, trustworthy, professional, and pleasant. I've had to deal with other mechanics on occasion, and they're often rude and make me feel unwelcome as a woman - that's NEVER the case at Rockville Tire & Auto.

Service was ok, price for MD inspection was normal. However the labor cost to replace rotors were extremely high compared to other shops. I was quoted $420 by Nealy and $250-$300 by a neighboring shop for the same service. When I asked about the cost the service rep rudely told me he didn’t discuss labor and I could say yes or no. I will not use Nealy again.
