What a great shopAJ is amazing and so courteous Brought my car in for a rattle and other issues and AJ told me what was wrong as went over my car with a fine tooth comb. He then told me what were issues that needed attention now and what could wait till spring He never pressured me in any way and fixed my car and it runs quieter and smoother. I will only be using Nealey for all my carsThank you AJ and your team.

"Excellent Shop" AJ is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He gave my car an inspection with a fine tooth comb. They told me what were the issues I brought it in for as well as some others, BUT at no time pressured me into the "must do or else". He told what should be done now to deal with my issues and those items that can wait till spring. Then folks at Nealey are very kind and friendly and this is now the only shop my cars will be brought to

AJ and Stephanie are the best and super, super nice! I trust them 100% with my car. I have had terrible experiences with other mechanics in the past, and Nealey Auto Service is like night and day with those other places. I will never take my car to anyone else, not even for easy jobs like oil changes. The peace of mind I get by only taking my car here is invaluable. I can always trust AJ to be honest about what my car needs, to charge fair prices, do everything perfectly, and that I will always receive great customer service. They are the best of the best! I drive all the way down to nealey auto service from Baltimore simply because they are THE BEST. Aj and Stephanie (and staff) work so hard to make sure you receive the absolute best customer service and they are really clear about what repairs are necessary and the cost. I always feel like I am being treated fairly and they make sure I understand what work they will be doing. They also have really helpful appointment confirmation emails and I have access to all of my repair records---very convenient! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Horrible service complete rip off stay away from here

Hi Jessica, We'd like a chance to respond to this review as we feel it is unrepresentative of the actual service and experience your husband received. Because of the unnecessary, disrespectful, erratic behavior shown during multiple interactions, we explained to your husband that we wanted to part ways and discontinue any relationship. We repaired the initial issue at no cost (for free) with the understanding that the relationship was terminated. Just as we do with all customers, we also vacuumed the front floor mat and performed a courtesy safety inspection (all at no charge).
