After waiting a whole week for an appointment, was told we were next in line the day they promised the vehicle back. A lie. Put off again until the following week. Unacceptable. Car was towed there so I am stuck. This was our first time giving Nealey a chance based on Google recommendations - Now I have to cancel our vacation as they do not allow their loaner vehicles out for a week. Thanks, Nealey

Had my Maryland inspection here- easy process. Surprised with a few free goodies and my car vacuumed when I picked it up. Professional, accommodating and very friendly. Highly Recommend!

Thank you, thank you for my recent tire purchase on my F250 Ford truck. It is so quiet. I do not hear the wap wap of the tires. And I can now listen to the radio. I will never go anywhere else to have work done on my Escape and my Truck. You treat me like a person, not a woman (who does not understand the working of vehicles).
