Very professional and, after two days of driving, it seems like the work they did is good. This was our first time. We expected to have the car done on the day they said they'd have it done, but they called once to say it would be later because of someone being in front of us. Then they called again to say it wouldn't be done until Monday because of someone else in front of us. If they'd have been honest from the start, this would not have upset me. We'll probably go back, but only with my older car - newer car still goes to the dealership.
