Took my 2011 Challenger in for a CEL and the Nealy staff corrected my car issue and had my car back to me same day! Jesse was great and they provided me an accurate estimate and results of a full diagnostic with pictures and prices for my specific auto maintenance. The shuttle service had me home after drop-off and the facilities were very clean. The entire staff was friendly and this was the first time I took my car to an auto shop that wasn’t the dealer. I will be going to Nealy in Pasadena from now on! Great service and friendly staff with no hidden costs. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had to have my Headlamp Bulb replaced and new wiper blades. I call Nealy Tire in the AM and they were able to get me in that afternoon. I was very satisfied with service and employees! Great fast job! Thank you
