I never, EVER, write reviews! If I'm unhappy with the business in question, I simply do not return. In this day & age, customer service seems to be a thing of the past, people just do not care anymore. However, I was so impressed with the work performed on my Mercedes & especially the customer service from service advisors Kenny & Jeremy, that I had to say something. Very professional, reasonable pricing & extremely helpful AND, when I picked up my car, they fully explained the work performed, gave me a coupon for a free carwash & when i got in my car to leave, found another THANK YOU Card, a complimentary bag of M&M's & a complimentary beer couzy! I felt I had gone back in time to a time where businesses used to appreciate your business & fought hard to keep it! These are the businesses I look for & even though I'm moving to the Eastern shore...I WILL BE BACK!! Good Job Guys & keep up the good work!!! G.B. West River, Md.

Went to this place for the first time after residing in Shady Side now for almost 2 years, and I have never had such an incredible experience with an auto service center. I had an emergency situation occur and was not able to drive my vehicle and with being a single parent with a full time job I needed some help ASAP. After calling multiple different places it was Nealey’s who was able to look at my vehicle the same day and give me a diagnosis within hours. I had the pleasure of working with Charles and Devin and they were respectful, courteous and very professional. I will definitely be going back for all of my future vehicle services!!
