These guys are the best! I am a woman, and for that reason, I price shop before I purchase! I took my car to PEP Boys to rotate my tires! They told me a lug nut on both sides were stripped and it would cost me over $400 to replace the stems! Nealy was able to undo all lug nuts but ONE & rotate my tires for less than a third recommended by PEP boys!! They have gone out of their way to make sure they have the best prices and the best customer service ever! I am here-by Nealy Tire patron

I have taken 4 different vehicles into Nealey for inspection, maintenance, and repair and they never fail to perform the highest quality work. Not only do they have excellent technicians - but their customer service is also phenomenal. They keep me updated, provide me with legitimate and professional information, provide images and proof of any repairs or maintenance needed, and even offer to pick me up and drop me off from my house. I feel that their prices are fair based off of the level and quality of work that they perform - even if it seems expensive, you know that everything was done right and will be covered no matter what.

I brought my car in for an inspection, and everything from the inspection to scheduling the repairs to the speed of the repairs themselves to the results were as stress free as possible. Mr Jessie was incredibly helpful in assisting me to understand what it was my car needed and helping me set it up. They take pictures/videos for inspections and offer very in depth explanations for everything. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent service. Been taking my vehicles there for over 15 years.

Came in for front end alignment, my truck was pulling to the right. After the service there is no change in the steering. I was told it was probably due to the tires, the tires look fine to me ( no excessive wear or uneven wear). I was offered the opportunity to buy other services but the original issue still exists. Very friendly at the front desk and the upsell services offered are legitimate but the bottom line is my truck still pulls to the right.
