Best customer service repair shop I've ever dealt with. Jeremy was our service writer and he went over and beyond our expectations in every aspect of the repairs. Regardless who answers the phone u can feel the smile in their voice. Great job guys!!!!!

First time I have ever used them, tried the newer office in Deale MD. Will use them again. Believe his name was Andy, great customer service, explained everything and provided options, promised the car back as long as there was no issues with parts, and he delivered hours before. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

We have taken all our cars to Nealey since they opened and we trust AJ and the staff. They never use the dealer line “oh this must be done or else”. They tell us what is needed now and what is coming due. And their real time updates are great. Their pricing is excellent and when they say your car is ready, it is. Wish I could give 10 stars Dec2019 update: took my car in for an annoying rattle, ready to hear the worst; it was a $15.00 fix Thank you again Nealey !!!!! And June 2020 Nissan needed some serious work. It was done on time and with no surprises Again, Nealey is the best !! Came to have a simple oil change done at the Owings location. Called ahead and was told the there was no wait. Got there and 5 minutes later they took my car. Lady at the desk said 45 minutes to a hour. 2hrs later my car is retuned to me. Overheard how workers went on break at the same time and “nobody knew why”. Ever since they took over, prices have increased and service has decreased. We loved Twin Beach Auto and this brand of substitute just isn’t it. $100 for a oil change…blasphemy‼️‼️

Highly recommend Nealey Tire & Auto in Deale. Was extremely satisfied with recent visit! Found staff to be very courteous, efficient, honest and responsive. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
