This is the only place I’d take my truck, or my wife’s Honda to for service. These men are honest, ethical, intelligent, helpful and kind. I’ve had everything worked on here from tires to oil changes to battery stuff. They’re the best in Maryland hands down.

Joey is a true professional. He is only 25 but has excellent customer service skills and had very in depth knowledge about my Kia vehicle. He worked with my third party warranty company to help me get what I deserved. I will definitely return to Nealy's in Owning because of him.

Save yourself some money and go to the dealer. We went to Nealey with coolant temp problem expecting to have the thermostat replaced. Their price was almost double what the dealer quoted us. Nice place and friendly people but be prepared to pay out the $&@“$

Owings location - I had a great experience today with Joey. He shuttled me home and picked him up so I could work while my car was getting done. I really appreciated this service they offer. His customer service was on point and really educated me on some things car related. I was very impressed how much experience he had. Being a single Mom I am not used to getting the car stuff done on my own and he was knowledgeable and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. Jen I believe was her name actually helped me with my official transaction and she was very patient and understanding. I give them all 5 stars.
