I have been going here for years for my oil changes, great price, great service, but since Nealy took over the price is hiked up an additional $40 just for an oil change, it is now $65, which is ridiculous! I will be finding a new place for my business. Too bad the new management doesn't care about their customers the way that Hank did. Such a shame.

Ruth, we are sorry your experience here was such a change from what you've been used to. Previously, the oil change was for a synthetic blend oil. In order to maintain our warranty, we are required to use manufacturer specified oils, and in this case, your vehicle calls for a full synthetic engine oil which is why the price changed the way it did. Your oil change service includes a complimentary health inspection done by the same mechanics you have come to trust. Was charged 250 bucks for headlights and an oil change. Under new ownership, not the Twin Beach Car Care Center of old.

They were really nice and helpful, purchasing my batteries. 2/2/2022 I'm updating my response. I purchased 2 interstate batteries from TBCC I. 9/21. The batteries were never used. When I returned the battery to them Kenny, told me I connected the battery incorrectly and my battery was fried. The older guy that use to own the shop had retired and they weren't going to honor the warranty on the battery, because it was "my fault" per Kenny. I explained the battery has never been connected, and I explained what happened to the battery. Long story short. My battery is fried and I should by a new battery. Well, after hearing this I made some calls and was told to bring the battery to Interstate shop in Glen Burnie. I drove approximately 45-50 minutes only to be told, the battery is fine. Yes sometimes it sparks if the connector is loose. I asked the question again, are you sure the battery is ok. Yes, the battery is fine. Reading 12.8.. only cosmetic issue, If I wanted a new battery he would give me one or replace the lead cap. I opt to replace the cap. So now I have an issue, why according to TBCC my battery was fried and they would not honor the warranty on the battery? Yet Interstate in Glen Burnie told/showed me the reading of the battery. I feel that when you're a female, you truly have to do your homework, if not you will be taken advantage of. It saddens me to write this because I really thought they were genuinely nice and honest people. I'm glad I took that ride to Glen Burnie and I'm glad I know the truth. If you have nothing else in life, have integrity. I won't be returning to this shop and nor will I be referring anyone else there. I support my Calvert business, but this is the 2nd time, I've been told misleading information and lied to. Both times were auto related. I thought we were better than this in Calvert.
