Took my Ford Explorer here for the first time today. Great service, not outrageous prices, and everything was done when they said it would be. Had to cancel initial appointment due to sick child and they were very accommodating. Really happy to have found this place and highly recommend.

I dropped off my Nissan Murano late in the afternoon and the shop called at 7:00 am the next morning with their diagnosis in an effort to get parts in as quickly as possible and get the car back to me that day. I had pulled the codes before dropping it off and they had a tech ready on the call who was very knowledgeable about the specific codes and provided some details on how they affected downstream systems for my vehicle that I was no aware of and helped me better understand the symptoms I had experienced. They sent detailed quotes by text message with ability to accept / reject per line item which was very helpful. I've never seen a better customer interfacing system at a mechanic shop. I had a radiator, thermostat, and cooling hoses replaced and haven't seen any issues. My only complaint is with myself because I had a $100 coupon if work done was over a certain amount and I forgot to bring it with me when I went to pick up the car. I would recommend this vendor from my experience with them so far.

Outstanding service at a reasonable price. They provide a report that details the results of their inspection and the report also includes photos of each inspection item, when feasible. Never have I felt pressured to pay for any of their recommendations and I always trust their opinion. You're unlikely to find a better quality team to care for your vehicle.

Got a basic front end alignment. My car still pulls to the right as when I brought it in. Customer service was okay, but the inconvenience of having to bring the car back or to another shop after spending over $120.00 doesn't work in my favor.

From what we understand, you purchased used tires for your vehicle and brought the vehicle to our Owings team for the alignment. The four-wheel alignment was performed inside of the specified range according to the alignment inspection. The car can exhibit pulling sensations if tires are not worn evenly, which unfortunately is always a potential risk when running used tires.
