I had a flat tire and was in desperate need of 4 all new tires. It was very unexpected but Jenn was so helpful in scheduling the car drop off and the ordering of my tires. She even noticed that my rear view mirror was off and she got that worked in there too! She got it all done in less than 24 hours! AMAZING customer service from Jenn - she truly cares about getting people back on the road. I couldn’t be happier with the quality care and service. Thanks Jenn and Nealy Auto!

Had the best experience here! Mary at the front desk was lovely and so helpful and Matt was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my tires. The waiting room was very clean and I was able to have coffee and connect to wifi while I waited for my car diagnosis. The diagnosis only took about 15 minutes so I was in and out.
