Awesome service! The report was so in depth, to include pictures of the issues, making everything very clear. The staff kept in contact with us the entire time so we always knew what to expect. Friendly, courteous and efficient service!

Nealey Auto Service is a great company! They went over the top with their service and offered great prices for the items I needed repaired. I will highly recommend them to everyone and never plan on taking any of my cars anywhere but there!

This is my second experience with Nealey Tire & Auto, and they are absolutely fantastic! I From someone who knows nothing about cars, they talk to me in a way that I can understand - which I need! :-) They tell me what is important to do now versus things that can wait. I took advantage of one of their loaner cars while mine was in the shop, and it was perfect because it didn't disrupt my normal work day. The car was clean, full of gas, and drove just great! I am also always impressed by the speed of response that you get from Kenny at the front desk - he is always quick to get back to you and very helpful! Love the staff at Nealey Tire & Auto and would highly recommend them!

Customer Service is great! They are honest and genuinely care about treating their customers well. They always go above and beyond from diagnosing the problem to finding the best part (price) they can to vacuuming and washing your car before handing it back over. I will be returning as well as recommending them to others I know.

I dropped off my car, was given a ride home, got my car back in a couple of hours. What’s not to like?
