"Friendly, efficient, professional." I found out about Nealey Auto Service from my son who earlier this year had a 5 star experience there. Until now I have religiously serviced my Subaru at the local dealer. Over time I was feeling less satisfied with the local dealer, especially with the cost of the service and the fact that instead of replacing a single defective part they would replace an entire unit. Nealey Auto Service replaces only what is necessary. I like that. I also like the fact that they document the needed repair complete with photographs that we are able to review on line prior to authorizing the repair. I will continue to service my Subaru and two other vehicles we own with Nealey.

"New Digs!" Nealey Auto Service has made an amazing upgrade to their facility but the service hasn't changed! Still your neighborhood, friendly mechanic shop with a state of the art twist. I'll continue to see AJ and Stephanie for all my auto service needs!

I was thoroughly impressed with the oil change and tire service I had on my Volkswagen Jetta last week. I was treated with respect, integrity and most importantly I was educated on aspects of my vehicle that I was unaware of. I love the idea of supporting local businesses and in this case this place met and exceeded all of my expectations. I will be a return customer!

Bob said he's a retired technician and he thinks their technician is better than he was. He stated he feels very comfortable with him, he's very knowledgeable and he doesn't have to look over his shoulder. He said he thinks their prices are a little high.
