I took my car in to have a patch in my rear tire. I had a complete inspection report sent to my phone within the hour. Due to the company’s policy they were unable to plug the hole since the tire was previously patched. Mary was super helpful and provided me quotes for new tires and other maintenance services my car was due for. I didn’t have it in my budget to replace my tire at this time, but they were more than happy to fill the tire back up so I could take it somewhere else. Mary even stayed late for me to pick up my car after work. Once I’m able to purchase the tires, I’ll definitely be using Nealey’s!

Came in due to the mailer, no upcharges, welcomed the flyer. Great reception and greeting. Waiting area is very comfortable and clean. Restrooms were spotless as well, very different from any other auto place I’ve been. Makes a difference for me since I’m dressed on my to work. I’ll be back again

Great communication and professionalism by the Nealy team. Prompt with responses and Mary from the Rockville location was extremely nice and very professional as was Mario from the Edgewater location. My water pump was repaired and my car is running smoothly! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the price was very high compared to the market value of the repair I was quoted. But overall a great service center 👍.
