I would highly recommend Nealy automotive. Great customer service, mechanics and everything was videotaped so no hidden surprises. Shuttled me home and picked me up when truck was done. Truck was washed and cleaned inside also. All work completed as promised. Top notch operation!!!

I’m not one to leave reviews. I am one to rely heavily on them. They name streets after me, dead end and one-way. I am so compelled to let you know how wonderful my experience was. Everyone was so courteous and professional. The personal touches like parting gifts and interior vacuum and a free car wash. Can we talk about it? Also, the software that is used here is cutting edge. You get a text with a download with pictures of your vehicle And a stoplight of green red and yellow concerns. No pressuring or muscling into repairs and the price point couldn’t be better. I would highly recommend Nealys and I will be back for sure!

Literally the greatest experience I’ve had at an auto shop in my entire life. Jeff and his team are knowledgeable and honest. When they made me aware of other things I needed to have done, they did so in an informative and non-salesy manner, which I really appreciate. I wish I was staying in town long enough to have them do everything they recommended! Will absolutely be returning next time I’m in the Maryland area and need ANY work done on my car. Top notch!!!
