I went here based on the positive reviews, but my review isn't going to be so positive. When you walk in the waiting room it was big clean and comfortable. Which was great. However when I approached the desk, there was a worker doing some paperwork. I stood in front of him silently for a good 2 mins waiting for him to finish. He finished writing, picked up the phone and made 2 phone calls with me still standing in front of him. He then hangs up and begins writing, he finally acknowledges me and says, give me a few mins.. Finally... after he is done with everything I get a 'how can I help you.' Long story short it was gonna be a few days before he could even look at my car. Everyone gets busy at their job, but in customer service, how about you at least greet the customer that's standing in front of you, and at least find out what he or she needs instead giving no acknowledgement at all. -Base at this experience only I won't be back.
