The people at Nealy are friendly and pleasant to work with. They gave a clear description of the work done. They took me where I wanted to go while they worked on the car and picked me up when they were finished. They cleaned the inside of the car. They fixed something extra at no charge. And although it was a minor thing, they changed the wipers and it was such a thrill not to hear that irritating noise when the wipers scraped against the window!

This team was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. I was able to make a booking quickly, they kept me updated via email and calls. they even had this great service where i got pictures and descriptions of everything that was wrong with my little car and how wrong/right it was(There was a lot of pictures!). This is a DIY project for me so it gave me really great information to work from. I got an oil change at the same time, with no problems and a good price. Will happily be using them again for things i get stuck on and for works i can't complete. Basically; fair price, friendly service, great communication.

Scott, Jason and the staff did another great diagnosis and fixed our RAV4. We were afraid it was going to be a big repair and it was a simple fix. We trust our cars only to AJ and his team and refered friends to Nealey. Thank you all again !!
