2016 Ford Fusion owner...first time Nealy customer on 6/25/2019 to address the flapping sound and fishy smell coming from my a/c when I turned it on last Friday night. Not being from the area, I chose Nealy based on the positive Yelp reviews and company website info. They shuttled me to my job! A text from Kenny 1-hour later included pictures of the rodent that was lodged in my blower (Yikes!) as well as suggested services and additional pics. Kenny explained the costs and priority of the work. The work was done, the smell was gone, the car was vacuumed and a car wash offered. The Nealy swag that was left in my car was a nice surprise! I will be coming back for future repairs due to service, value (3 yrs warranty on repairs) and trust. Thank you Nealy staff!

This was my first time taking my car to Nealey and I was so impressed! They are so easy to deal with and wrote up an itemized list of what was wrong with my car and texted it to me. My car was ready the same day so I didn’t have to worry about finding a ride to work. My car was clean when I picked it up and they even left a beer coozie thanking me for my business which was amazing. I will definitely use them again!

I took my truck there it would not start on wet days they said they thew water on it but could not find a problem. I took it to Weiland rieviera tire they found it start away cracked distributor cap

John, You are not an active Client of ours. We do not delete any of our Clients records. I checked our management system records and there is one from 8 years ago dated October 20, 2011. Genuinely good honest shop, fair pricing. Quick turnaround time even though the shop is always bustling with activity. The owner Jeff and his “right hand man” will take great care of you and your repair needs while being reasonable and accommodating with the pricing. I will use them in the future, sending my family and friends there. Being ethical and honest goes a long way when it comes to auto repair and I trust these guys fully with any job I need done- big or small!
